While the world has been focused on her sister Kim's surprise pregnancy, it appears Khloe has undergone a quiet transformation.
Once labelled 'fat' by her own mother, the newly slender reality star was looking fit and trim as she hit the shops on Wednesday.
The 28-year-old showed off her toned legs in a flared leather miniskirt while carrying her new boxer puppy as she made her way into high end baby boutique Bel Bambini in West Hollywood.

The reality star looked slim in the all-black ensemble, which consisted of the skirt, a simple V-neck T-shirt and trendy high-top trainers.
Khloe was on her way to meet her sisters Kim and Kourtney at the upscale baby clothing store, no doubt to buy a few outfits for the impending arrival.
She shielded her eyes with retro over-sized sunglasses, and wore her highlighted long brown hair in natural curls over her shoulders.

She added a lone pop of colour with bright red nail polish, while opting to keep her makeup natural with a nude lip.
But Khloe's most striking accessory was her cute as a button new puppy, a gift from her husband Lamar Odom.
She cradled the little dog in the crook of her arm as he looked around with a doe-eyed expression, his back legs hanging down and his cobalt blue leash loose around his tiny body.

Introduced to the world by sister Kendall, the young model posted a picture on Tuesday of the little puppy, whose name is yet to be announced, on her Twitter page under the caption: '@khloekardashian and Lamar's new baby! weee.'

The star, who has been married to her basketball player husband for three and a half years, has made no secret of the fact that she's been trying to get pregnant.

The 33-year-old sportsman bought the cute new puppy for his beloved wife as the couple continues trying to conceive.

Khloe's figure has often come under scrutiny in the media, and the brunette has admitted in the past that she finds it difficult.
'Kim and Kourtney have said to me, "If we were put under the same negative attention that you are, we couldn't handle it,"' she told Cosmopolitan magazine.
'I believe we're not given any more than we can handle and most of the time I can handle it.
In 2011, Khloe was reduced to tears on an episode of her reality show Khloe & Lamar over criticism regarding her curvy figure.
'I'm so tired of pretending that I'm happy with my weight, just to be a good role model, when I'm so f****** disgusting,' she sobbed to Lamar.
